By downloading, installing, or using Location Reminder ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
Description of Service
Location Reminder is a mobile application available on the Apple App Store. The App is provided "as is" for your personal, non-commercial use.
User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any data stored within the App.
- You agree not to misuse the App or attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble it.
- You must comply with all applicable laws when using the App.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the App, including but not limited to design, code, graphics, and content, are owned by Hassan Dofil. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without prior written consent.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hassan Dofil shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users or the App.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
